Digital Asset and Website Migration: Vysus Group

When Vysus Group purchased the former Lloyd's Register Energy they needed to migrate all acquired digital assets to a newly redesigned website. These assets ranged from multiple legacy websites, to user and marketing data housed across multiple CRMs due to prior failure to normalize and combine data as acquisitions were made.

The requirements of this project were strict due to GDPR regulations, requiring precise cross-departmental cooperation throughout the entire process with final approval from stakeholders, as well as the COO, CEO, and CFO.

Over the course of eight months all data and assets were combined from the database level through to branding of materials on the new website, providing a singular home for the former assets of Lloyd's Register Energy.

Continuing outreach to inform existing and potential clients of the changes were also developed and delivered via corporate communication channels. Press releases, email warming automations, and social media campaigns involving official accounts and internal employee advocacy served as the vehicles to keep clientele informed and to make internal personnel available to them in order to answer questions and deliver a more personal means of information access regarding the transition.
