Sentinel Integrity Solutions, Inc. (Sentinel) is one of the leading inspection services providers to the refining industry throughout the Gulf Coast region and across the wider United States.

Sentinel was concerned that their website was not only unclear in terms of what services were being offered to their growing client base, but also regarding the lack of original content being produced to showcase their thought leadership and industry position across several verticals.

After consulting across the business with management and stakeholders, it was decided that we would fully re-design and launch a brand new website, replete with content and news about company products, events, and other initiatives.

Services were defined and business units input into each respective area before structuring the website in a way that made sense for how Sentinel operates and how their clients find them.

Since launching the website has continued to gain positive traction across several business units, as well as holistically, in terms of visitors and new business inquiries.

While this project continues to evolve weekly, the success of the launch and subsequent content production efforts have been visible through both analytics and customer satisfaction surveying.
